How do I place an order on the website?
Simply select the product/s you would like to purchase, add them to your shopping cart and submit your order. Soon after your submission one of our sales team will respond to clarify your order, quote shipping and process payment (you will be contacted during our opening hours).
Why can't I pay online?
Because we offer many different types of appliances and kitchen units in all sizes, as of yet, we cannot automatically price carriage fairly through our website. Unlike some other suppliers, to save you money, we do not factor shipping prices into our products nor on our website. Carriage will be quoted separately and fairly, based on your order.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment is simple, it can be made by BACS, cheque, or PayPal. Prof forma invoices can also be provided.
Deliveries will in most cases be made direct to the customer, either by courier or post. However certain products, due to their construction, for instance ceramic sinks, will be delivered to Thatcham Kitchens for inspection and then delivered by us. Once your order is confirmed we will notify you of which products will be delivered direct, and which, if any, will be delivered by Thatcham Kitchens.
